In some countries this serum gets narrow and a powerful oligarch tries to achieve to it by sending two former paramilitary soldiers to an abandoned laboratory where it has been produced. Here both of them get infected and the plan to eliminate them once they leave the building to take the phials fails. They escape, both by their own, and slap through, now addicted by the serum.
